At Dusan SPA, we are committed to delivering high-quality bathtub products that meet our customers’ expectations. Our Return Policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all transactions conducted through our online store.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept product returns only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or not as ordered.
- A return request is submitted within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accompanying materials.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products and manufacturing processes, the following are non-returnable:
- Custom-made bathtubs.
- Whirlpool / Air System bathtubs with personalized features.
- Products damaged due to improper installation or mishandling.
- Items returned without proper documentation or after the return period.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must:
- Contact our customer service team at +971 56-642 9790 within 5 days of receiving the item.
- Provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
- A clear explanation of the issue
Our team will assess the return request and provide instructions for pickup or drop-off.
4. Inspection and Approval
- Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected by our Quality Control team.
- If the return is approved, we will proceed with a replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.
- If the returned product fails inspection (e.g., signs of use, damage not caused by us), the return will be denied, and the item will be sent back to the customer.
