Redemption and Warranty Integration

When a Gift Card is used, the bathtub purchase remains fully protected by our Official Warranty Policy. The warranty period begins on the date the tub is shipped, regardless of the payment method. The card is treated as a payment method like cash or credit; therefore, purchases made with Gift Cards are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions, including the Return Guidelines and Restocking Fee Policy for any non-defective product returns. If a product purchased with a Gift Card is returned, the refund will be credited back to a new Gift Card or issued via company check if the original card number is not recoverable.

When you purchase a DUSAN SPA Gift Card, you are purchasing stored value that is held against a future product or service. The value of the card is a liability of The Company until it is fully redeemed within a year. In the unlikely event of financial insolvency, the card's value will be treated as an unsecured claim against the company's assets. By purchasing or accepting the card, the user acknowledges and agrees that the card is solely a representation of prepaid goods/services and holds no cash value until redeemed.

Incentive Cards vs. Standard Gift Cards

It is essential to distinguish between our two card types: Standard Gift Cards (purchased by consumers for personal use or gifting) and Incentive Cards (issued by The Company to contractors, partners, or as part of a promotional closing incentive). Standard Gift Cards may be used by anyone, but Incentive Cards often carry specific redemption restrictions—such as being limited to non-discounted items or accessories only. All Incentive Cards will be clearly marked, and their specific terms, including any expiry date, will be provided in writing at the time of issuance, ensuring transparency for all trade and loyalty partners.
